The Spyware 'Pcaudit' is a spyware program that tracks keystrokes, IP addresses, and other user information, submitting it to a predetermined server.
One or more files will be able to be detected as Spyware under the filename Pcaudit.
The spyware program must be installed on the system by executing a file.
File names are: pcaudit.exe
Scanning for and Uninstalling the Spyware files
When Pcaudit's Spyware is executed, it performs the following actions:
Displays a graphical user interface named pcAudit Leak Test.
With the user's permission, the spyware tracks and sends the following information to the server of Internet Security Alliance:
Computer name or any identification
IP address
Name of the subdirectories and files in the My Documents folder
Snapshot of the computer's screen
Keystrokes
*If you experienced this, run a full system spyware scan to uninstall all the spyware files detected as Pcaudit.
Deleting the Spyware files
Run your
Spyware scanning program
and make sure that it is configured to scan all files.
Run a full system scan.
If any files are detected as spyware infected with Pcaudit, click uninstall.
